Creative Process:

Moodboard:
I begin every project with a moodboard, as it is an essential tool for capturing and communicating the visual and emotional essence of the piece. It allows me to materialize and share the vision by bringing together images, colors, textures, and elements that collectively form a clear guide for creative development.

Sketching:

The composition sketch is a crucial step, as it serves as the first visual draft to organize and structure the elements of the project. It allows for the exploration of different layouts and interactions between components, ensuring harmony and balance before diving into finer details.
This preliminary phase helps visualize the overall concept, identify potential design issues, and adjust the approach before investing time and resources into the final development.

Color Palette:

The color palette is the next crucial step in the design process. It involves selecting an appropriate range of colors that reflect the atmosphere and character of the project.
This phase is essential, as the chosen colors not only define the visual aesthetic but also evoke specific emotions and strengthen the project’s identity.
A well-crafted palette ensures visual consistency and helps create an emotional connection with the target audience.

Color Composition:

In the next stage, the selected color palette is applied to a previous sketch to create a colored composition. This step aims to visually and emotionally harmonize the elements.

Storyboard:

At this stage, once the color palette and image composition are in place, it’s time to plan the animation — that is, storyboarding.
This involves creating a series of drawings or frames that depict each scene and movement, outlining the visual and narrative sequence of the animation.
This process is essential for visualizing the final flow of the story, synchronizing visual elements with the script, and ensuring overall coherence before production begins.
